Juvia’s Place Reviews

I was a bit nervous about placing my order, I wasn’t sure they would arrive due to the other negative reviews about missing palettes and so on. Thankfully, my order took around 2 1/2 weeks to get to the UK. I was giving a tracking number but didn’t know who the courier was until I emailed customer service (was pleasant and helpful). The palettes are beautiful / stunning!!! However, I wouldn’t buy from their site again, I think I just got lucky this time so I’ll wait until they start selling in the UK.

As you can see I gave them five stars, mainly do to all my products thankfully arriving and earlier than expected. However let me say I was very hesitant to order. All the reviews left me leaving all the stuff in my cart and clicking off the tab. I couldn't believe how they treat their paying customers. With much consideration in the end I decided to take a chance since they were on sale and I could have my bank step in if anything happened. And that should Not be the case to begin with. Colour pop did an amazing job with their customer service and I was ready to order from then instead since I had a wonderful experience. No problem with tracking, everything shipped on time, and customer service was good. However in the end i did order from juvias, and let me just say i was a little nervous when after four days the tracking number that was provided had yet to be updated on its whereabouts and I dreaded having to even contact their customer service, based off them reviews they're trash and seriously need work. Don't know what's going on with Juvias thinking they can treat their paying customers like crap, but can easily take their money. There's only so much that customers will take before never ordering again. Fortunately for me it finally updated on the fourth day and I closely montiered it. These are some problems from other reviews that I read: garbage customer service, they don't send you you're receipt or tracking number, if you get your package hopefully you get everything you ordered, some people reported getting three different pallets or four and getting the four or three of the same pallet. If my package arrived I hope that wouldn't be the scenario waiting for me. And I can say I'm leaving five stars for it arriving earlier and everything I order was there. Nothing seems damaged. Sadly though you can't expect to get lucky twice, so this will be my FIRST and LAST time ordering mainly due to their trash customer service that seems to refuse to actually help paying customers. fix this major issue and I may consider shopping again. I don't think if I'd order again I'd get this lucky again. In the end if you want to order from them think it throughly and maybe if a problem arises hopefully you can have your bank step in, which was my plan if anything got messy and nothing was resolved. In the end though I thankfully didn't have to do that and got everything I order. So long juvias.

I was skeptical when I read the reviews just after I order, people telling about their bad experience and not receiving their package.
Then 3 days after receiving my email and shipping number, it wasn't working, it said it didn't exist.
I decided to send an emailto customer service, which was answered quickly and giving me the link with the activity of my package.
I sent 4 emails and all 4 were answered in less than an hour.
My package arrived 3 days earlier than expected and in excellent condition.
